Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Purchase Policy") is a binding agreement between you (referred to herein as "the Customer", "User", "You" or "Your") and Convert Yazılım Limited Şirketi, a company incorporated under the laws of Türkiye, and, where applicable, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related corporations, and authorized service providers (referred to herein as "Model.store", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of Model.store's Services (as defined in the Terms of Service) via the Model.store website, related features, services, and other linked channels (collectively, the "Platform").

PLEASE READ THIS PURCHASE POLICY CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY USING THE SERVICES OR CLICKING "AGREE," YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PURCHASE POLICY AND THE Model.store TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USING THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES.

The Services provided through Model.store are delivered to you electronically and on a pay-per-use basis. Each API call or use instance is billed automatically and becomes payable at the time of execution. Because access and delivery occur instantly in digital form, all transactions are final and non-refundable once processing is complete.

Payments are made immediately via the authorized payment methods supported by Model.store, such as credit card or other digital payment options, and may be processed by appointed intermediaries including Zotlo (Z3P LLP) as our reseller and merchant of record or other licensed third-party service providers acting on behalf of Model.store.

By using the Services, you expressly authorize Model.store and its designated payment intermediaries to process the corresponding fees along with applicable taxes and transaction fees automatically through your selected payment method for each use. Once a Service is executed and made available, Model.store's delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled, and no refunds or reversals shall be issued except as expressly stated in this Purchase Policy or where required by applicable law.

Purchases and Payment

Model.store Services are delivered electronically and instantly. Once payment is processed and access is granted, the Service is considered fully delivered and cannot be returned. Payments are made immediately at the time of purchase, either (i) via credit or debit card, or (ii) where applicable, by deduction from the Customer's available credit balance.

Purchases and related transactions may be processed directly by Model.store or through authorized third-party payment partners, including Zotlo (Z3P LLP) as our reseller and merchant of record or other designated service providers acting on Model.store's behalf.

Users may upload credits to their account by using the supported payment methods displayed on the Platform. Uploaded credits will be available for future pay-per-use transactions and will be automatically deducted as usage occurs.

By completing a purchase or uploading credits, you authorize Model.store and its designated payment partners to charge the applicable fees and related taxes to your selected payment method or to deduct the corresponding amount from your credit balance. You are responsible for ensuring that Your payment details and available credit balance are accurate and sufficient to complete the transaction.

All payments are final upon confirmation, except as expressly provided under this Purchase Policy.

Purchase Period and Pay-Per-Use Model

All Services offered on the Platform operate on a pay-per-use basis unless otherwise specified. Charges apply for each completed transaction, API call, or use of Services as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where the Customer holds a prepaid credit balance, fees will automatically be deducted from that balance as usage occurs, including any use of the Services by the Customer's authorized End Users through the Customer's integrations, applications, or systems.

The Customer remains solely responsible for all transactions, API calls, and usage initiated by its End Users, whether or not such activity was authorized, monitored, or intended by the Customer.

Unused Credits remain valid for the duration specified in the Customer's account or until the earlier of (i) the expiration date stated on the Platform, or (ii) termination of the Customer's account in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Model.store may update its pricing, rate structure, or credit usage terms from time to time; however, such changes shall not affect purchases or transactions already completed.

Suspension for Non-Payment

Model.store and/or its authorized payment processors may immediately suspend or restrict access to the Platform or Services if any payment is unsuccessful or overdue. Access will be restored once full payment has been received or sufficient Credits are available. If any amount remains unpaid following notice, Model.store may terminate the Customer's rights under this Purchase Policy.

Suspension or termination due to non-payment does not relieve the Customer of any outstanding payment obligations.

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided herein.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your purchase by submitting a written cancellation request through Model.store's designated support channels. Cancellation requests are effective only once confirmed by Model.store.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Model.store or Zotlo as reseller and merchant of record, all completed transactions are final. However, Model.store may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund request made within 14 (fourteen) days of the original transaction date, provided that:

• the Customer has not used the Services or Credits purchased;
• the refund does not conflict with third-party provider billing rules or technical constraints; and
• Model.store and/or its authorized payment provider (including Zotlo-Z3P LLP) successfully validates the transaction record.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days, depending on the policies of the relevant payment processor. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the original transaction currency. All refund decisions are final and made at Model.store's sole discretion.

You can find further information on any associated refunds on the website of the third-party reseller and merchand of record from whom you purchased the Services or the third-party platform where you made the purchase (e.g. Zotlo- Z3P LLP).

Purchase Price Change

Model.store reserves the right to change its pricing, rate structure, or applicable fees for purchases at any time. Such changes will not apply retroactively and will affect only future transactions initiated after the effective date of the change. You are encouraged to review current pricing details displayed on the Platform before each transaction.

Governing Terms and Precedence

This Purchase Policy forms an integral part of the Model.store Terms of Service, as updated from time to time. The Terms of Service apply to all purchases, payments, Credits, and use of the Services by the Customer and its End Users. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Purchase Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Any terms not defined in this Purchase Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service, as amended and in force from time to time.

Changes to this Purchase Policy

This Purchase Policy may be updated, amended, or modified from time to time at the sole discretion of Model.store by posting the revised version on the Platform. The most recent version shall apply as of its effective date and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the Platform or Services after such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Purchase Policy.
